Business Development Manager – Healthcare

About the role

DKSH is a market expansion services provider with a 160‑year history, helping multinational brands grow across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. The Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring new clients in the medical devices, pharmaceuticals and OTC/consumer health sectors, supporting country and product expansion strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively hunt new clients in medical devices, pharmaceuticals and OTC/consumer health.
• Support execution of country and product expansion strategies to meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Participate in RFPs, meetings and prepare presentation materials for negotiations.
• Conduct financial analysis to predict profitability of new business deals.
• Manage contract negotiations in line with company guidelines.
• Perform research and feasibility studies to identify market opportunities.
• Update and maintain business development activities in the assigned CRM platform.
• Respond to queries from potential clients to support business development activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Science, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, covering medical devices, pharmaceuticals or OTC/consumer health, preferably in sales, marketing, key account management or business development.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, mature and able to work under pressure independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
