About the role
ACW Distribution, a leading IT solutions distributor in Hong Kong for four decades, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen vendor relationships. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies and expanding our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Execute product strategies and cultivate long‑term relationships with vendors.
- Manage the sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and track performance.
- Coordinate project activities with suppliers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Generate leads, design promotion programs, and prepare proposals and presentations.
- Communicate vendor requirements and ensure they are met throughout the sales cycle.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or sales within system integration or distribution.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and capacity to work under pressure.
