Business Development Manager, Southeast Asia

About the role

SASMAR is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia to drive growth initiatives and expand market presence for its flagship fertility brand. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
• Create and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business strategy.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product visibility and effectiveness in the market.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market competitors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within health, wellness, or consumer products sectors.
• Proven track record selling into major retailers and developing proposals for key accounts.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience working with pharmacy wholesalers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Odoo or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
