Business Development Specialist – Hong Kong (Cantonese)

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its Hong Kong team. You will work closely with the Commercial team and the Business Development Team Lead to acquire new partners for Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system serving the beauty, wellness and self‑care industry.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by prospecting, presenting and closing new B2B partnerships.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and social channels, and attend in‑person meetings when required.
• Deliver product demonstrations and tailor solutions to partner needs through cost‑benefit and needs analysis.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing, logging all activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide market feedback and stay informed on industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology‑enabled services.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of qualified inbound leads and outbound outreach.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to track sales activities.
