About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will join the analytics team, reporting directly to the Chief Analytics Officer. You will play a pivotal role in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive customer‑focused growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer analysis and interpret patterns in large data sets.
• Support business growth through targeted analysis of customer behavior.
• Enhance campaign effectiveness by designing and managing event‑triggered marketing programmes.
• Identify, analyze, and present business insights to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• University graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analysis or a related discipline.
• Experience in business intelligence analysis or database marketing, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid business and numerical sense.
