Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will transform data into meaningful insights that guide smarter business decisions and strengthen AS Watson’s offline‑plus‑online (O+O) ecosystem. By ensuring high‑quality, reliable data and translating it into actionable intelligence, you will help teams better understand customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate data mapping and integration to ensure accurate alignment with supplier profiles.
• Oversee supplier brand confirmation processes to maintain strong data integrity and quality standards.
• Partner closely with business units, promoting collaboration to support data cleansing and quality assurance.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for clear, impactful data visualization.
• Provide analytical support to users, guiding them with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Support data monetization initiatives by translating data into business value.
• Coordinate and support UAT processes to ensure smooth delivery of data‑related projects.

Required profile

• Creative, detail‑minded, and able to work independently with strong ownership.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting (advantageous).
• Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, or data‑warehouse technologies (a plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a scientific, analytical approach to problem‑solving.
