Business Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join a global Travel Management Company (TMC) handling high‑profile corporate accounts. The position is based in our Kowloon office and offers a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Travel Advisor for corporate travellers, managing both routine and complex itineraries across air, road, rail, and accommodation.
• Utilise Sabre (or alternative GDS such as Galileo or Amadeus) to book and optimise travel, ensuring compliance with client travel policies.
• Provide consultative advice, fare analysis, and routing recommendations while maintaining accurate customer travel profiles.
• Handle the full booking lifecycle, from ticketing to order fulfilment, via phone, email, or back‑office systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business travel consulting (leisure travel experience with Sabre is also considered).
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced office environment.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of Sabre GDS (or willingness to be cross‑trained).
• Familiarity with Galileo and Amadeus systems.
• Strong understanding of air‑fare structures and pricing.
