Butler / Personal Assistant – Support Chairman

About the role

We are seeking a professional Butler/Personal Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Chairman of a sizable group. The role combines household management with executive assistance, ensuring the Chairman’s personal and professional needs are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle personal matters and provide secretarial support to the Chairman.
• Manage a team of household staff, including helpers and drivers.
• Coordinate lunch and dinner meetings, arrange daily appointments and travel itineraries.
• Organise events, parties and invitations, ensuring smooth execution.
• Manage daily correspondence and maintain the Chairman’s calendar.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a sizable organization.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Flexible, self‑motivated, independent and able to work on‑site.
• Experience managing household staff such as helpers and drivers.
