Campus Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Hong Kong)

About the role

Deloitte China is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Hong Kong. You will partner with campus recruitment managers to design and execute university outreach programs, manage the full hiring cycle for campus talent, and enhance Deloitte's brand on campus.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Campus Recruitment Manager to plan, organise and deliver campus talks, assessments and offer procedures.
• Support university public‑relations activities, arrange student visits and drive campus events.
• Work with the Regional Campus Recruitment Manager to streamline interview scheduling, assessment processes, offer tracking, onboarding, internship management and reporting.
• Operate social‑media campaigns, create content, design promotional material and manage talent‑management system optimisation.
• Partner with target universities to promote Deloitte’s reputation and attract high‑quality talent.
• Coordinate with business‑unit stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to implement recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of campus recruitment experience in a large multinational organisation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, with high integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
