About the role
Join Conrad, a contemporary luxury brand of the Hilton family, as a Captain in the Garden Café. You will play a key part in delivering memorable food and beverage experiences to guests in an all‑day dining environment, while supporting the restaurant’s operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent food and beverage service to guests in the All‑Day Dining restaurant.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the assigned section, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting within a luxury hotel environment (preferred).
- Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
