职位概况

负责香港赛马会餐饮部的运营与服务，确保为会员及宾客提供卓越的餐饮体验。

主要职责

确保餐饮运营及服务质量符合标准，及时落实SOP变更。
培训新员工，提升服务水平，推动持续改进。
收集会员及宾客的餐饮意见，反馈给厨房团队以优化菜单。
协调营销活动及促销物料的布置，管理节庆期间的促销柜台。
完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求

至少3年俱乐部或酒店餐饮相关工作经验。
具备积极的工作态度，能够在快节奏环境中胜任。
良好的中英文沟通与人际交往能力。

必备技能

熟悉餐饮服务流程及SOP执行。
具备团队培训与指导能力。
