Captain, Ozone – Guest Service Expert

About the role

The Captain, Ozone role is a Guest Service Expert position within a luxury hospitality environment. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, arrange settings, and ensure dining areas are ready for service.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow hygiene standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Read and verify menu information to ensure accurate service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality or food‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
