Captain - Ozone

About the role

The Captain – Ozone is a Guest Service Expert position within a luxury hospitality environment. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a pristine work area.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, present menus, and ensure accurate order communication with the kitchen.
• Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and provide a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, replenish supplies, and follow health and safety standards.
• Uphold company policies, quality standards, and professional appearance at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform basic lifting.
