Captain / Senior Server – Bar & Lounge

About the role

We are looking for a Captain / Senior Server to join the Bar & Lounge team at Carlyle & Co. in Hong Kong. You will lead the restaurant team, delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable experiences for our Members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, ensuring service meets Carlyle & Co.’s high standards of excellence.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, supporting the Restaurant Manager and maintaining productivity.
• Interact with Members to gather feedback, build relationships, and introduce yourself.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Service Team to guarantee quality of food, drinks, and associate interactions.
• Manage multitasking in an elevated yet informal service environment.

Required profile

• Proven track record in restaurant operations in a similar senior capacity.
• Deep knowledge of drink menus, food & beverage recommendations, and service etiquette.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operating procedures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster genuine relationships with Members and team.
• Fluent command of English.
