Captain – Terrace Boulud (Food & Beverage)

About the role

The Captain for Terrace Boulud will join the Food & Beverage Service team at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, delivering a high‑standard dining experience in a Michelin‑starred setting. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure seamless service, uphold the restaurant’s reputation, and create memorable moments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mise‑en‑place and ensure all service stations are ready.
• Deliver a delighted dining experience and create special moments for guests.
• Make menu recommendations with strong product knowledge.
• Greet and attend to guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the restaurant throughout service.

Required profile

• Experience in bar service is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
• Passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry.
