CEO, AI Finance

About the role

The CEO of AI Finance will lead the creation and growth of an AI‑native finance business, identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence can fundamentally improve consumer money management. This senior position will shape product strategy, drive revenue, and build a high‑performing team across product, technology, operations and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap and business model.
• Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve user experience, cost or speed.
• Build AI‑native financial products from concept through launch and scale.
• Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics and operating performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and AI teams on capabilities and user experience.
• Recruit and develop the core team across product, technology, operations and commercial functions.
• Expand into new financial products and markets as the business scales.

Required profile

• Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services or technology products.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business or P&L.
• Deep understanding of consumer finance, business models and unit economics.
• Proven product judgement and insight into how AI can transform financial workflows.
• Experience scaling products and teams in high‑growth technology environments.
• Hands‑on operating style, able to work through product, AI capabilities, economics and customer problems.
