CEO - AI Neobank

About the role

The CEO of the AI Neobank will create and lead an AI‑native digital banking business, redefining how consumers manage money through intelligent products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Define the AI Neobank proposition, product roadmap and business model.
• Build AI‑native experiences across accounts, cards, payments, savings and money management.
• Own P&L, customers, deposits, revenue, unit economics and operating costs.
• Work closely with product, engineering and AI teams to ship the product.
• Build the core team and required banking, technology and operational capabilities.
• Drive banking partnerships, regulatory readiness and market expansion.

Required profile

• Deep experience in digital banking, neobanks or consumer fintech.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful banking product, business or P&L.
• Strong understanding of banking products, economics, operations and regulation.
• Product judgement to identify where AI creates a materially better banking experience.
• Experience building and scaling technology products and teams.
• Hands‑on operating capability, able to work through product flows, economics, customer problems and execution.
