About the role
The Hari Hong Kong is launching a new Japanese restaurant and seeks a motivated Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team. This hands‑on position operates in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment, delivering exceptional Japanese cuisine to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in the hot kitchen section of the Japanese restaurant.
- Support the Sous Chef with preparation, cooking, and service flow.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in taste, plating, and workflow efficiency.
Required profile
- 5‑6 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Passion for developing a career in Japanese cuisine.
