Claims Lead, Financial Lines and Cyber

About the role

Responsible for the large and complex Financial Lines and Cyber claims portfolio, delivering an effective, efficient customer‑centric claims service that supports Zurich’s purpose, values and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively handle Financial Lines and Cyber claims within the Zurich Multi‑National program.
• Collaborate with external legal panels, supply partners, regional and Group Claims teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance, ensure timely reserving and reporting.
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and brokers, organising regular meetings.
• Prepare management and broker reports, presentations and data analytics.
• Follow customer‑specific claims handling protocols and service charters.
• Adhere to company policies, local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Support the Team Head with managerial tasks, reporting and projects, and engage with underwriting, actuarial and finance functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Recognised industry qualification (e.g., Senior Associate of ANZIIF).
• Minimum five years’ experience in Financial Lines claims.
• Strong legal knowledge with relevant qualifications.
• Experience managing large, complex claims and broker relationships.
