About the role
The Claims Officer (Individual Health) will be responsible for handling health insurance claims and supporting customers throughout the claims process. Working within AXA Hong Kong and Macau’s health division, you will ensure timely, accurate responses to inquiries and maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via CS software, email and formal written correspondence.
- Address customer concerns promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming inquiries and communications.
- Provide general administrative support to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- University degree (preferred).
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively and handle pressure.
- High emotional maturity.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Customer Service software.
