About the role

As a Client Care Advisor at CHANEL, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards. You will work across multiple channels to provide personalized support, product advice, and seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries independently, delivering prompt and accurate solutions.
• Assess issues against company policies and propose resolutions or escalations when needed.
• Collaborate with boutique staff and internal functional teams to maintain a consistent client experience.
• Guide clients through product information, troubleshooting, and personalized assistance.
• Document and hand over cases to relevant teams, providing clear data and insights.
• Support internal campaigns and events by acting as a communication bridge with clients.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of CHANEL’s products, heritage, and luxury positioning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell engaging product stories.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work autonomously while maintaining high service standards.
• Empathetic, trustworthy, and able to build long‑term client relationships.
