Client Development Partner – Legal AI Adoption

About the role

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join LexisNexis as a Client Development Partner. In this permanent, full‑time position you will work directly with senior legal stakeholders to embed our AI‑powered solution, Protégé, into daily practice at leading law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Protégé across top accounts by engaging lawyers, heads of department and practice area leaders.
• Build trusted relationships with practice leaders and translate workflow priorities into AI‑enabled solutions.
• Deliver high‑impact demos and presentations that showcase the benefits of Protégé.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Directors to research prospects, execute pursuit strategies and create new business opportunities.
• Manage customer engagement throughout the full client lifecycle, from pre‑sales to post‑sales activities.
• Capture customer insights in the CRM system and feed learnings back to the business.

Required profile

• Legally trained professional with a law degree; 5 + years of practising lawyer experience preferred.
• Experience in large law firms or in‑house corporate legal environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI and cyber‑security practice areas.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage partners and firm leadership.

Required skills

• Fluency in AI concepts and terminology.
