Client Service Associate – English Speaker

About the role

AlphaSights is looking for motivated graduates to join its Associate Programme as Client Service Associates in Hong Kong. You will act as the primary link between top‑tier clients and niche experts, delivering insight‑driven solutions through phone calls, surveys or written research products.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end client‑expert communications, including screening, negotiating and matching experts to client requests.
• Leverage AI‑powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify relevant experts.
• Understand project, market, legal and regulatory contexts to ensure compliant and high‑quality engagements.
• Manage multiple parallel workstreams, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining professional standards.

Required profile

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree with 2:1 or above).
• Notable extracurricular achievements and relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Resilient, results‑oriented mindset with a client‑first attitude.

What we offer

• Total first‑year compensation between HKD 436,500 and HKD 550,600 (base salary HKD 312,000 plus uncapped variable pay).
