Client Services Associate – Expert Insight Firm

About the role

Third Bridge is seeking a motivated Client Services Associate to connect investors and business leaders with industry experts. You will be at the heart of the business, sourcing and scheduling high‑calibre expert calls under tight deadlines while developing commercial awareness and sales acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cold‑call and engage experts across multiple sectors to secure their time for client calls.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, understanding client needs and delivering tailored expert insights.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working at speed and meeting strict deadlines.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge services such as content library, surveys and advisory solutions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written fluency in English.
• Ambitious, intellectually curious and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated grit through internships, work experience or extracurricular leadership.
• Authorized to work in the country of application (visa sponsorship possible if eligible).
