Client Services Associate – Korean Speaker

About the role

The Associate, Client Service role is at the heart of Third Bridge’s business, connecting clients with industry experts to deliver timely insights. You will spend most of your day on the phone, sourcing and engaging specialists across sectors while meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects end‑to‑end, understanding client needs and scheduling high‑calibre expert calls.
• Cold‑call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and securing their time.
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, delivering results quickly.
• Continuously learn market dynamics, business models and regulations to broaden your knowledge base.

Required profile

• Native Korean speaker with business‑level fluency in English.
• Intellectually strong, ambitious and demonstrated leadership or extracurricular experience.
• Proven grit through internships, work experience or other achievements.
• Comfortable making cold calls and building rapport quickly.
