Client Services Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Services Director to lead client relationships, integrated marketing delivery and team performance across Hong Kong, China and international accounts. You will act as the senior bridge between clients, internal teams, freelancers, suppliers and media partners, ensuring strategic guidance and high‑quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships across Hong Kong, China and cross‑border accounts, building trust through strong communication and strategic thinking.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews and performance discussions, translating objectives into clear marketing recommendations.
• Provide senior input on marketing strategy, media planning, digital, social, content and influencer campaigns, challenging recommendations before client delivery.
• Oversee delivery of paid media, digital, social and influencer programmes, reviewing media plans, timelines and client‑facing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, ensure budgets are used effectively and translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage project delivery from planning through execution, maintaining timelines, quality control and issue resolution.
• Coach and develop junior team members, set standards for communication, strategic thinking and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing client relationships and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with freelancers, media partners and influencers.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
