Client Services Executive

About the role

As a Client Services Executive you will generate sales opportunities, promote our healthcare products and services, and build strong relationships with customers through both outbound and inbound communications. The role combines sales targets with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote company offerings.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails and chat inquiries in a professional manner.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions and follow up on leads.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
