Client Services & Quality Assurance Team Lead

About the role

Marvelsoft creates real-time solutions for stock trading and data analysis, is headquartered in Hong Kong and is hiring a Client Services & Quality Assurance Team Lead. As Team Lead you will guide, mentor and support engineers and analysts who monitor, solve and prevent issues affecting the client experience, while maintaining and improving the team's processes and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan testing cycles, keep the code-to-production flow smooth and ensure software stability, with automated tests, system checkpoints and well-ordered pipelines
• Run team meetings, alignments, training and work planning
• Deliver reliable solutions to global bank and brokerage clients, understanding the business impact of failures
• Build trust-based relationships with clients and contribute to the client-facing process

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of QA, software development or analyst experience
• Experience leading and/or mentoring a team
• No prior knowledge of trading or financial institutions expected, as employees are trained in the industry; curiosity about them helps

Required skills

• Automated testing
• CI/CD practices
• Basic knowledge of software networks
