Clinical Psychologist (CBT & Neuropsychology) – Hong Kong

About the role

Intellect is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to deliver evidence‑based therapies and neuro‑psychological assessments to youths, adolescents and adults in Hong Kong. The role involves both in‑person and virtual client work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, both onsite and remotely.
• Conduct neuro‑psychological assessments for ADHD, learning difficulties, dyslexia and related conditions.
• Collaborate with the 24/7 helpline team to manage risk and deliver crisis interventions.
• Maintain accurate client records in line with professional and legal standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with at least 500 supervised clinical hours post‑qualification.
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification clinical practice.
• Registration with a local governing body such as HKPSS.
• Valid, active license to practice in Hong Kong.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence‑based approaches (Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
• Experience with trauma‑informed therapies (TF‑CBT, EMDR, DBT for trauma survivors, Somatic Experiencing).
• Ability to conduct and report neuro‑psychological assessments.
• Strong report‑writing and documentation skills.
