Cloud Solution Architect – Azure Infrastructure

About the role

Microsoft’s Customer Experience and Success organization is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect focused on Azure infrastructure. You will lead a technical team to help customers design, adopt, and scale cloud solutions that are AI‑ready, using Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework and Well‑Architected Framework.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key IT decision‑makers to drive long‑term Azure adoption and act as the Voice of the Customer.
• Provide feedback to Microsoft product groups and engineering teams to remove blockers and improve services.
• Run architectural design sessions, using CAF Landing Zones to plan migrations, networking, multi‑region, and security architectures.
• Identify and resolve issues that prevent go‑live of customer projects, leveraging Azure Infrastructure expertise.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge within the team, contributing to internal IP and community discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field and at least 4 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, consulting, or system administration.
• Mandarin speaking ability is preferred.
