Club Concierge

About the role

The Club Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional service in the club lounge of a luxury hotel. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, maintain the bar area, and support guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor lounge seating, service standards, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, and related equipment.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold and alcoholic beverages.
• Stock ice, glassware and supplies; anticipate replenishment needs.
• Wash dishes and serving utensils as required.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including securing liquor, wine and storage areas.
• Document activities in the department logbook and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities and provide courteous service.
• Answer telephone calls using proper etiquette and maintain professional communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to lift, carry or move objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
• Capability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods during a shift.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company policies.
