Club Host – Reception & Café Operations

About the role

Join Hong Kong’s first and most exciting padel club – PADEL+! We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and proactive Club Host to be the face of our club and provide top‑tier support across reception and café operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome players and visitors, answer phone calls and manage inquiries.
• Handle bookings, member check‑ins, mail, deliveries and ensure security procedures.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, operate the point‑of‑sale system and manage cash.
• Fulfill merchandise and F&B orders, restock supplies and keep inventory records up‑to‑date.
• Maintain clean, organized café, shop and lounge areas, including cold plunges.
• Set up club facilities for social events, arrange seating and prepare F&B.
• Provide friendly service during events and clean up afterwards.
• Assist the manager with operational tasks before, during and after events.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing and customer‑service oriented.
• Strong communicator in English and Cantonese.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable with a can‑do attitude.
• Previous experience in hospitality, sports clubs or retail preferred.
• Team player willing to work weekends and public holidays.
