Coffee Shop Waiter/Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the Coffee Shop team at Hong Kong Football Club. The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to members and guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the outlet. The Coffee Shop serves members of a historic sports club that hosts a variety of sporting events and social activities, and the position contributes to the club’s reputation for excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service in line with Club specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area.
• Interact with members professionally, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Process take‑away orders accurately and efficiently.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in Food & Beverage, Catering or Hospitality Management (preferred).
• Organised, motivated and able to see tasks through to completion.
• Cheerful personality with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop, restaurant or bar (preferred).
