About the role
As a Commis for Cafe Kool and In‑Room Dining at Kowloon Shangri‑La, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing timely, courteous and professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food orders with high quality and consistency.
- Maintain hygiene standards in line with HACCP and ISO 22000 requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management, including ingredient preparation and cooking.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 food‑safety standards.
- Strong communication, multitasking and organisational abilities, and a team‑player attitude.
