Commis – Canteen Café & Grab‑Go

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a motivated Commis to support its Canteen Café and Grab‑and‑Go outlets located in UBS Tower. You will work in a luxury hospitality environment, delivering high‑quality dishes that reflect the brand’s Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for the canteen café and grab‑and‑go outlets, ensuring taste and presentation meet brand standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and handling procedures, including proper storage, temperature control and sanitation.
• Monitor portion sizes and inventory to control food quantity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth service during peak periods.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality food and service.
• Commitment to the brand’s Gold Standards and a service‑oriented mindset.
