Communications Coordinator – Chinese & English

About the role

CYC Technologies is seeking a bilingual Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications across its global portfolio of brands. The role bridges teams in the U.S., Australia, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and other markets, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day internal and external communications for CYC Technologies and its subsidiaries.
• Coordinate information flow between teams across multiple time zones and regions.
• Prepare written summaries, internal updates, project communications and follow‑ups.
• Maintain visibility of communications initiatives involving several brands.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external PR, communications and marketing agencies.
• Gather product details, company updates, visuals and technical materials for agency use.
• Manage internal reviews and approvals of press releases, campaigns and announcements.
• Track agency requests, deliverables, deadlines and outstanding approvals.
• Participate in agency meetings, document action items and ensure alignment with broader communications priorities.
• Facilitate Chinese‑English communication, translate/adapt business communications and provide language support in meetings.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and responsive.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Professional fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Strong written communication skills for internal and external audiences.
