Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to champion our brand across online communities such as Reddit, Quora, Telegram, Discord and other forums. You will shape and execute crowd‑marketing strategies, create authentic content, and foster strong relationships with moderators, ambassadors and micro‑influencers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the brand on Reddit, Quora, Telegram, Discord, forums and social media platforms.
• Develop and implement crowd‑marketing campaigns and organic communication plans.
• Write native posts, comments and helpful content that resonates with each community.
• Onboard new platforms and collaborate with moderators, ambassadors and micro‑influencers.
• Engage audiences through contests, challenges and gamification.
• Collect and analyse metrics on engagement, mentions, CTR, follower growth and lead generation.
• Work closely with PR, marketing, affiliate and product teams.
• Participate in online reputation management (ORM/SERM) and SEO activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing communities on Reddit, Telegram, Quora, Discord or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of crowd‑marketing and organic communication techniques.
• Ability to create native content and protect brand reputation.
• Good command of English and Russian.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, empathetic, adaptable and detail‑oriented.
