Concept Designer

About the role

The Concept Designer joins the Experience Design team to turn abstract service blueprints and journey maps into clear visual concepts. This role bridges strategic insights with tangible design artefacts, enabling fast, confident decision‑making across regional and market stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Convert complex journey maps and ambiguous digital touchpoints into visual representations such as sketches, storyboards, motion graphics, explainer videos, or interactive prototypes.
• Facilitate shared understanding among cross‑functional teams, shifting conversations from “What does this mean?” to “Is this the right direction?”.
• Provide early visual concepts to validate ideas before full‑scale UX/UI development, saving time and resources.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure conceptual designs translate into practical design components.
• Generate creative ideas that demonstrate business goals and customer/agent needs across devices and interfaces.
• Iterate concepts rapidly, conduct concept testing, and work with Service Design, Research managers, and external vendors on testing setup, analysis, and recommendations.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders at various seniority levels, ensuring common understanding.

Required profile

• Proven ability to visualise end‑to‑end customer journeys and service blueprints.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, multi‑regional environments.
• Creative mindset with a focus on translating business objectives into visual solutions.
