About the role
The Concierge Assistant (Bell / Door Attendant) is the first point of contact for guests at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong. You will create memorable first impressions by offering personalized city recommendations and up‑to‑date information on local attractions, dining, and events.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage, valet, and door services.
- Provide tailored suggestions for restaurants, cultural sites, and entertainment based on guest preferences.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel amenities, promotions, and local happenings.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Friendly, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
