Concierge Assistant – Guest Experience Expert

About the role

The Concierge Assistant supports guests throughout their stay at JW Marriott Hong Kong, delivering personalized service that turns routine interactions into memorable experiences. Working in the Guest Experience team, you will be the first point of contact for guest inquiries, local recommendations, and operational assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, handling check‑in, check‑out and special requests.
• Process operational needs such as reservations, transportation, and concierge services.
• Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Complete daily reports and documentation related to guest interactions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while adhering to company policies.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle items weighing up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
