Consultant / Senior Consultant – Data Strategy & Architecture

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to help clients shape and execute data strategy and architecture initiatives. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with industry and technical experts to deliver data‑driven transformation projects for leading organisations in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with industry and technical experts on data strategy, transformation, and data‑platform planning projects.
• Provide domain‑specific use cases and insights to help clients realise business value from data.
• Drive the full consultancy lifecycle, including workshop preparation, gap analysis, roadmap development, business case creation, management presentations, and report delivery.
• Support hands‑on implementation of data and analytics platforms where required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with analytic use cases across one or more business domains.
• Strong understanding of the data and analytics lifecycle and organisational considerations.
• Experience in data‑strategy projects, transformation planning or advisory engagements is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua).
• Team‑player with strong interpersonal and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
