Contracting Recruitment Consultant – Hong Kong

About the role

Join Morgan McKinley's Contracting team in Hong Kong as a Recruitment Consultant. You will focus on contract staffing across finance, HR, administration and related corporate functions, working with an established client base from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly fee targets.
• Source candidates through advertising, search and networking.
• Conduct interviews, assessments and prepare candidates for client meetings.
• Drive business development by contacting new and existing clients, conducting research and quality calls.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate and client information in the database system.
• Provide a high level of service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in agency recruitment, preferably in a 360 contracting role.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask.
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, professional attitude and a team‑player mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Based in Hong Kong.
