Corporate Chauffeur & Vehicle Coordinator

About the role

The successful candidate will provide professional chauffeur services using the corporate vehicle to transport guests and staff of the Authority. The role also includes managing the vehicle’s booking, maintenance, and repair to ensure it remains safe and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Drive senior executives, guests, and staff to designated locations in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain the corporate car’s booking schedule and coordinate any required repairs or servicing.
• Act as a backup for front‑desk duties, such as receiving visitors and handling telephone calls.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management, including occasional office administration.

Required profile

• Secondary education completed, preferably with Chinese and English Language Level 2 or above (HKDSE or equivalent).
• Valid Hong Kong driving licence with a clean driving record; traffic conviction record may be requested.
• At least 4 years of driving experience, including a minimum of 2 years serving senior executives.
• Preferably 2 years of general office administration experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and handle outdoor work on weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic PC skills.
• Chinese character input method (advantageous).
