About the role

Luxaviation is seeking an experienced, polished and service‑oriented Corporate Flight Attendant to join its Hong Kong‑based operation. The role involves delivering an exceptional, highly personalised travel experience for VVIP passengers while upholding the highest safety and hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of each flight.
• Maintain safety standards across the cabin, galley and all aircraft areas.
• Execute cabin safety and emergency procedures in line with the operations manual.
• Complete all pre‑flight, in‑flight and post‑flight duties accurately and on time.
• Maintain cabin, galley and bathroom presentation to premium standards.
• Provide premium catering and silver service according to passenger preferences.
• Handle operational documentation and manage onboard supplies and equipment.
• Ensure personal documentation (passports, visas, licences, medical, crew ID, vaccinations) remains valid.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of private‑jet or VVIP cabin experience, with extensive First/Business Class commercial background.
• Valid, unrestricted working rights in Hong Kong.
• Warm, polished, discreet with proven ability to serve high‑net‑worth individuals and VVIPs.
• Strong understanding of cabin safety procedures and operational standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time‑management skills.
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and professional etiquette.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and irregular flight patterns.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
