Counter Service Officer / Manager (Teller)

About the role
The bank is seeking a Counter Service Officer or Manager to work at its retail outlets in Hong Kong. You will be the front‑line representative, handling day‑to‑day transactions and delivering a high standard of service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of customer transactions over the counter, such as deposits, withdrawals and payments.
- Provide high‑quality, courteous service to all customers.
- Promote bank products and services to customers during counter interactions.
Required profile
- Secondary education or above.
- For the Counter Service Assistant role, no prior experience is required.
- For the Officer/Manager role, a minimum of 1‑3 years of bank teller or counter‑service experience.
- Pleasant, customer‑oriented attitude.
- Good command of both Chinese and English.
