About the role
The Counter Service Officer / Manager (Teller) joins the retail banking team of ICBC (Asia) to deliver front‑line banking services to customers. The role involves handling daily cash transactions, providing high‑quality service, and promoting the bank’s product portfolio at the branch counter.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of customer transactions over the counter, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Provide high‑quality, courteous service to all customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient banking experience.
- Promote bank products and services to customers during counter interactions.
Required profile
- Secondary education or above.
- No prior experience required for the Counter Service Assistant level.
- Minimum 1‑3 years of bank teller or counter service experience for the Officer/Manager level.
- Pleasant, customer‑oriented attitude.
- Good command of both Chinese and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Chinese language.
- Proficiency in English language.
