CRM Manager

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to lead the design and optimisation of user onboarding, retention and reactivation flows for our iGaming platform. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performing email, SMS and push campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise onboarding, retention and reactivation journeys.
• Prepare technical briefs for design, copywriting and analytics teams.
• Develop and adapt HTML email templates for multiple devices.
• Create and implement automated email sequences using tools such as Customer.io, Smartico or Symplify.
• Segment audiences and configure content‑based campaigns.
• Manage sender reputation by monitoring deliverability and minimising spam issues.
• Analyse campaign performance (open rate, click‑through rate, conversions) and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming sector.
• Strong understanding of technical aspects of email, SMS and push notifications.
• Proficiency in HTML coding for email templates.
• Knowledge of key communication metrics and methods to improve them.
• Ability to craft high‑converting email content.
