Customer Care Associate – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Care Associate to join our team in Hong Kong. The position can be performed from the office or home and follows a five‑day shift schedule, with evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to international customers via email and live chat for pre‑sales and after‑sales enquiries.
• Coordinate daily with Logistics, After‑Sales Service and global boutiques.
• Follow up on offline store enquiries and handle complaints.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or luxury retail.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred; Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome.
