Customer Planner – Hong Kong & Taiwan

About the role

As a Customer Planner you will join LEGO’s HKTW Operations team, linking sales, marketing, customers and supply‑chain partners to ensure the right products are on shelves at the right time across Hong Kong and Taiwan. You will use data analysis and commercial insight to improve forecast accuracy, support monthly planning cycles and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Key Account Managers to execute customer demand planning and deliver accurate topline forecasts.
• Lead analytical reviews of customer performance, market dynamics, promotion effectiveness and forward‑looking forecasts.
• Validate launch and promotional volume estimates, assortment lists and account flow models for planning cycles.
• Drive product allocation according to defined principles, ensuring fairness and alignment with supply constraints.
• Maintain in‑stock and inventory reporting, identify issues and provide recommendations to demand planning and account teams.
• Participate in the monthly S&OP cycle, offering customer insights on product flow and promotions.
• Support internal and external projects such as order‑to‑cash implementation and EDI integration, leveraging technology for process improvement.

Required profile

• Experience delivering customer demand planning and forecasting in consumer goods, retail or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy through structured reviews and data‑driven insights.
• Strong collaboration with commercial and operational teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
