Customer Relations & Supply Chain Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Relations & Supply Chain Support Officer to join F S International Limited’s global team. Based remotely in France, you will help More Plus clients navigate the platform, oversee their orders from purchase to delivery, and ensure a smooth end‑to‑end supply‑chain experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with onboarding and daily use of the More Plus platform, including order management and logistics tracking.
• Monitor operations from purchase order to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and quality teams in China to resolve issues and keep processes running smoothly.
• Liaise with product and IT teams to relay client feedback, report bugs, and contribute to platform enhancements.
• Track shipments, anticipate delays, and proactively inform clients.
• Handle complaints and disputes with diplomacy and efficiency.
• Create and maintain client‑facing documentation such as user guides, FAQs, and procedures.
• Support onboarding and training of new clients on the platform.
• Develop marketing materials – case studies, testimonials, tutorials, and product guides.
• Gather client feedback and success stories to strengthen marketing efforts.
• Assist with lead generation and follow‑up on inbound client requests.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities for the client experience.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (first experience) or 1–2 years experience in customer relations, supply chain, e‑commerce or logistics.
• Fluent in French and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital tools and management systems (ERP, SaaS platforms, order‑management).
• Strong interest in logistics, e‑commerce and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor and autonomy.
• Ability to work remotely on a full‑time basis.
